Veeva QualityDocs is one of the earliest systems that gets implemented in early to clinical stage companies. This system serves in defining controlled documents lifecycle and workflow. It helps define and track periodic reviews, train staff members in SOPs and other important documents that need to be read and understood. This system serves as a source repository for documents that are typically needed during the regulatory inspections. These documents include but are not limited to Policies, SOPs, Work Instructions, Batch Records, and Validation.

This system is owned by the Quality organization member as Business Owner and IT organization as the System Owner. Administration is done by the respective organization based on system administration SOP. Users are required to be trained and must follow the User SOP.

This system simplifies the document change management process and helps define and configure the workflow based on organizational need.
